Forager and chef Dan Shearman began in 2014 running popular London food truck company The Roadery specialising in the best of British, ethical small farm produce and wild foraged ingredients. 

After years of producing a range of unique condiments for the food truck menu and selling them under the counter, Dan decided to branch out into the condiments game.

Fuelled by the wealth of Britain's natural produce and abundance of wild food the WILDERKitchen was born, producing unique condiments inspired by urban nature.

Our launch product WILDERBee Spicy Honey supports some amazing urban London bee keepers, all doing an amazing job of helping to reduce the decline of the honey bee in the UK from right here in London. A sweet and spicy condiment that will have you wondering what you can drizzle it on on next. Move over sweet chili sauce!
