Dan Shearman is a nose-to-tail street food chef, producing award winning sustainable street food.

His adventures have seen him cooking on the BBC with MasterChef judge Gregg Wallace, feeding the likes of Harrison ford on the set of Star Wars, cooking for hundreds of people in the Calais and Dunkirk refugee camps, through to serving the crown prince of Dubai under the shadow of the Burj Khalifa.

As a food truck chef, Dan has his finger on the pulse of modern street food and brings a unique take to whole beast cooking, incorporating Asian influences and wild foraged ingredients.

When not catering for private functions you can find Dan and his wife Hayley educating on the issues of food waste as well as wandering the allotments and rooftops of London, collecting city honey for their popular Wilderbee Urban Chilli Honey.
